About Us

Windy Cook is the best-selling author of "The Sisterhood of the Mindful Goddess" and contributing author to three books in the best-selling "New Feminine Evolutionary" series: "New Feminine Evolutionary", "Sacred Body Wisdom", and "Set Sail". She is also the author of "Following Windy", an interactive blog for hopeful mothers struggling with fertility issues at "Moms Like Me". Windy is a graduate of the "Journey of Young Women Mentoring Girls" Certificate Training and enjoys holding "Winds of Change" sacred circles for girls, mothers, and women of all ages. She also has formal training as a physio-neuro trainer, is certified in Reiki II, and is a ThetaHealing™ practitioner and instructor.<br /> Windy's path includes work as a family therapist at Denver Children's Home for troubled youth and as a third-grade teacher in an inter-city public school for gifted and talented children. She holds a master's degree of Social Work from the University of Denver as well as master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver. She is Phi Beta Kappa from Colorado State University.<br /> Passionate about philanthropic causes, Windy supports educational, environmental, and other nonprofit programs that promote the well-being of women and children. Windy can be found in a nearby yoga studio, hiking, playing with her children, picking sage, walking her dog, or riding her bike in open space. She lives in Colorado with her beloved husband, three children, and golden retriever.

Susan, who is known by her tennis friends for always saying “yes” when asked to play, discovered the game of tennis at “50ish” and enjoys reaching high and chasing down balls on the courts. She is passionate about encouraging others to join in whether they have never played tennis, or just haven’t been on the courts since high school. Susan manages digital communications for STW, including web, email, print, and social media.
